About me
Hello, I’m Tash.
I’ve always been an active person but didn’t really ‘find’ exercise until I was 27 believe it or not! My twenties were filled with lots of fun, festivals and drinking plus eating badly whenever a hangover was present.
This way of living was not sustainable and I decided that a change of lifestyle was needed in order to have that energy and drive that I really wanted and to feel better about myself in general.
This was even more evident after becoming a Mum and if you are a parent yourself, you are aware how life completely changes and you can often lose your identity. I struggled with that so I know how hard it can be, but it is not selfish to make yourself a priority too.
Exercise to me is therapy and seeing the changes in my body from lifting weights is so rewarding and empowering. It taught me I can train myself to be strong mentally and physically and love educating others on how it can really improve their life.
My mission is to help people feel strong, healthy and happy by forming sustainable habits and understanding the benefits of exercise and a balanced diet. We focus on all aspects of health and well-being, not just physical changes or a number on the scale.
If you are looking to transform your body and mind, lifting weights is the way forward. Most importantly, find something you enjoy and incorporate it into your lifestyle as consistency is key.
