How it all started

It all began during the first lockdown when we had to stay at home. My husband Matt Symons was a professional rugby player for Harlequins and was unable to train at their ground and had to work out in our garden. We bought a range of equipment and I saw this as the perfect opportunity to improve my fitness. This is when my real passion started.

My son Ted was a few months old at the time and I made it my priority to start every day with a morning workout which led me to become stronger, toned and fitter as well as more focused and energised.

I was essentially being taught by the best, with Matt being trained by some of the top coaches in the country and sharing his knowledge with me. Being driven by this new passion lead me to take my PT qualifications in order to share my experience and help others to feel better about themselves mentally and physically.

I am passionate about continuing to learn and expand my knowledge to ensure I am as up to date as possible with my credentials and best able to deliver my clients the quality of service they deserve.
