It’s important to stay accountable when following a plan, so online coaching may be the best option for you.

My mission is to help you form healthy habits, appreciating and understanding the benefits of training and importance of a balanced diet. I will be there to support you to make small changes over time and to understand the importance of focusing on all aspects of your health and well-being, not just physical changes or a number on the scale. Helping you adapt your mindset and outlook on health and fitness enables you to maintain the changes and you will no longer see exercising and living a healthy lifestyle as a chore or hard work.

I will work closely with you, enabling you to have the tools and knowledge to make long term changes to both your physical and mental health.


You will have access to your programme on the App which will enable you to have regular check-ins, progress updates, a nutritional plan to follow and support 24/7. You can do your workouts at home or at the gym, they will be tailored to your goals and preferences.


Changing your mindset and outlook on exercise is the most important tool when it comes to long term results because once you learn to love the process of improving yourself, you will find it so much easier to stay consistent and consistency is key as we all know!

I started with Tash three months after having my baby and she put a plan in place that started with building my strength back up. She was always available on the app when I was struggling with a certain exercise and gave me variations for exercises I couldn’t do. The app is easy to use and allowed me to fit my workouts around my schedule. I’m now three months in and seeing great results and I’m actually stronger than what I was pre-pregnancy!
